Lolly Cake - This was delicious - there were some very big chunks of eskimoes in the cake. It was a double batch and almost didn't fit into the freezer.
Fairy Cakes - in different sizes. The girls iced them and tried to eat the leftover edible glitter - apparently it doesn't taste very nice on its own.
Sorbet - this takes a lot longer to set than expected! It is still in the freezer - I am wondering if I can let it soften a little and give it another beating and set it again for next week. The girls had sorbet shots so they could at least try the sorbet ...it went down well so must have tasted alright!
